Yorkshire Gold is by far, my most favorite tea. It uses leaves from gardens in Assam (In India), China and Rwanda. It has a robust taste to it, compared to the English Breakfast Teas that constitutes mainly of the Keemum Tea from China.
Brewing style : Brew for 5 min, in water at 212F. Then drink it black or add in some milk or sugar. Rose petals are a much better alternative to sugar, honey and other sweeteners.
